Development of postprocessors for CAM systems SolidCAM and InventorCAM
- our postprocessors are always defined according customer’s needs and requests of G-code output format and structure (but we are also able to give an advice to do things even better)
- we can deliver postprocessor for any CNC machine tool which is possible to control by SolidCAM or InventorCAM (for example postprocessors for 3x milling centers, 5x milling centers, lathes, mill-turn machines etc.)
- as a part of postprocessor we do define also machine simulator (if requested)
Our postprocessors characteristics
XLS tool sheet templates defintion
For SolidCAM and InventorCAM users we do offer customization of XLS tool sheet templates based on user’s draft
3D parts modeling (reverse engineering)
- according 2D drawings files like .pdf, .tif, .dwg, .dxf or paper drawings
- creating virtual 3D models for purpose of visualization, goods presentations, e-shops etc. We Can create 3D models of your goods or any other parts according your requests
Final 3D data can be delivered using these formats: *.sldprt, *.x_b, *.x_t, *.sat, *.stp, *.igs, *.3dm
Special software we use
-
For design and 3D modeling we are using parametric CAD system SolidWorks, which is leader of today’s mainstream 3D CAD systems.
SolidWorks is supporting an import of these file types:
| Description | Extension |
|---|---|
| SolidWorks | *.sldprt; *.sldasm; *.slddrw |
| General 2D formats | *.dxf; *.dwg |
| Parasolid | *.x_t; *.x_b; *.xmt_txt; *.xmt_bin |
| IGES | *.igs; *.iges |
| STEP AP203/214 | *.step; *.stp |
| VDAFS | *.vda |
| ProE Part | *.prt; *.prt.*; *.xpr |
| ProE Assembly | *.asm; *.asm.*; *.xas |
| Unigraphics | *.prt |
| Inventor Part | *.ipt |
| Inventor Assembly | *.iam |
| Solid Edge Part | *.par; *.psm |
| Solid Edge Assembly | *.asm |
| Rhino | *.3dm |
For coding and apps developing we are using MS Visual Studio. For postprocessors development we are using special text editor UltraEdit.
